การหารือด้านความมั่นคงระหว่างไทย-อินโดนีเซีย ครั้งที่ ๓ (The 3rd Indonesia-Thailand Security Dialogue: ITSD) จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ ๑๗ กันยายน ๒๕๖๙ ณ เมืองยอกยาการ์ตา สาธารณรัฐอินโดนีเซีย โดยมี นายวรณัฐ คงเมือง รองเลขาธิการสภาความมั่นคงแห่งชาติ และพลโท โมฮัมหมัด ฮาซัน (Mochammad Hasan) เลขาธิการกระทรวงประสานงานกิจการการเมืองและความมั่นคงแห่งสาธารณรัฐอินโดนีเซีย เป็นประธานร่วมการประชุม ทั้งนี้ คณะผู้แทนฝ่ายไทยประกอบด้วยผู้แทนจากกระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ (พม.) สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติด (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ส.) กรมอุทยานแห่งชาติ สัตว์ป่า และพันธุ์พืช กระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม (ทส.) และผู้แทนสถานเอกอัครราชทูตไทย ณ กรุงจาการ์ตา
ที่ประชุมได้แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับความท้าทายด้านความมั่นคงในระดับภูมิภาคและระดับโลก ผลกระทบต่อภูมิภาค ตลอดจนความสำคัญของการรักษาเสถียรภาพภายในประเทศและในระดับภูมิภาค นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมได้หารือแนวทางในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทวิภาคีในด้านต่าง ๆ อาทิ ความมั่นคงทางทะเล อาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ การต่อต้านการก่อการร้ายและแนวคิดสุดโต่งที่นิยมความรุนแรง และความมั่นคงปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์
The 3rd Indonesia-Thailand Security Dialogue (ITSD) was held on 17 September 2026 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. His Excellency Mr. Woranut Khongmuang, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Security Council of the Kingdom of Thailand, and His Excellency, Lieutenant General Mochammad Hasan, Secretary of the Coordinating Ministry for Political and Security Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, co-chaired the Meeting. The Thai delegation comprised representatives from the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, the Office of the Narcotics Control Board, the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and the Royal Thai Embassy in Jakarta.
The meeting shared perspectives on regional and global security challenges, their implications for the region, and the importance of maintaining domestic and regional stability. The meeting also explored various areas for enhancing bilateral cooperation, including maritime security, transnational crime, the prevention of violent extremism, and cybersecurity.
