☑️ไทยประกาศตัวเป็น “ศูนย์กลางจริยธรรม AI” แห่งเอเชียแปซิฟิก
การจัดเวทีนี้ไม่ใช่แค่การเป็นเจ้าภาพ แต่คือ การเปิดประเทศรับบทผู้นำภูมิภาค โดยเฉพาะการร่วมมือกับ UNESCO เพื่อจัดตั้ง AI Governance Practice Center (AIGPC) ที่กรุงเทพฯ ซึ่งจะเป็นศูนย์กลางการฝึกอบรม วิจัย และขับเคลื่อนมาตรฐาน AI อย่างมีจริยธรรม โดยศูนย์นี้อาจกลายเป็น ‘ศูนย์ประเภท 2 (Category 2)’ แห่งที่สี่ของ UNESCO หากได้รับการรับรองอย่างเป็นทางการ

☑️ไทยทุ่มลงทุนใหญ่ใน AI กว่า 15.4 พันล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ
ในช่วงปี 2568–2570 รัฐบาลตั้งเป้าลงทุนโครงสร้างพื้นฐานรองรับการพัฒนา AI ทั้ง Data Center, Cloud, โครงข่าย 5G, HPC และอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้ประเทศไทยพร้อมรองรับการใช้งาน AI อย่างยั่งยืน พร้อมตั้งเป้า พัฒนาบุคลากรด้าน AI ไม่น้อยกว่า 100,000 คน/ปี เพื่อวางรากฐานให้ระบบนิเวศ (AI Ecosystem) ของไทยแข็งแรงในทุกมิติ

☑️แผน AI เดินต่อไม่สะดุด ภายใต้ “คณะกรรมการ AI แห่งชาติ”
เพื่อความต่อเนื่อง ไทยจัดตั้ง “คณะกรรมการ AI แห่งชาติ” ซึ่งมีนายกรัฐมนตรีนั่งหัวโต๊ะเป็นประธาน ผลักดันนโยบายอย่างต่อเนื่อง แม้อาจเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงคณะรัฐมนตรี รับประกันได้แผน AI ไทยไม่สะดุดกลางทาง

☑️ไทย พร้อมเดินหน้าทำงานร่วมกับทุกฝ่าย
ไทยเดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนด้านเทคโนโลยี ร่วมกับประเทศอื่นๆ ทั้งจากฝั่งตะวันตกและตะวันออก เพราะในโลก AI วันนี้ ความร่วมมือสำคัญกว่าการแข่งขัน พร้อมส่งเสริมการพัฒนา AI ที่ตอบโจทย์ของตัวเอง โดยอิงบริบทท้องถิ่น ความหลากหลาย และคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนไทย ที่สำคัญยัง ผนึกกำลังด้าน AI กับ อินเดีย ผ่าน MOU ความร่วมในด้านเทคโนโลยีมานานกว่า 2 ปี ปัจจุบันมีแผนนำผู้เชี่ยวชาญ AI จากอินเดียเข้ามาทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานไทย เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ ยกระดับศักยภาพของประเทศอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
อินเดียถูกยกให้เป็น Tech Powerhouse ของกลุ่มประเทศ Global South การจับมือกันครั้งนี้คือการเปิดประตูสู่โอกาสใหม่

☑️มาตรฐาน AI ต้องคิด “ข้ามพรมแดน” ไม่ใช่แค่ในประเทศ
เพราะ AI ไม่มีพรมแดน การกำหนดมาตรฐานต้องอาศัย “จุดร่วม” ไม่ใช่ “ความแตกต่าง” ดังนั้น ไทยและ UNESCO จึงผลักดันแนวทาง Regional Approach เรียนรู้จากกรณีศึกษาภูมิภาค นำมาประยุกต์สู่ข้อเสนอระดับโลก

☑️AI กับภารกิจ “สู้ภัยไซเบอร์–ข่าวปลอม”
AI ไม่ได้มีดีแค่สร้างเศรษฐกิจ แต่ยังกลายเป็นโล่ป้องกันสังคม โดยปัจจุบัน ไทยใช้ AI ตรวจจับข่าวปลอมได้มากกว่า 3,000 เรื่อง/วัน พร้อมร่วมมือกับ Interpol กับการเป็นผู้นำศูนย์ไซเบอร์ของอาเซียน และช่วยปราบแก๊งคอลเซ็นเตอร์ พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลอาชญากรรมไซเบอร์ระหว่างประเทศ

☑️ไทยพร้อมก้าวขึ้นเป็น “ศูนย์กลาง AI แห่งภูมิภาค”
การจัดฟอรัมนี้เป็นทั้ง “เวทีระดับโลก” และ “บทพิสูจน์ความพร้อมของไทย” ทั้งในด้านยุทธศาสตร์, นโยบายที่ชัดเจน, การลงทุน, โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน และความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ ศูนย์ AIGPC ที่กำลังจะเกิดขึ้น จะเป็นหัวใจในการฝึกอบรมบุคลากร AI ระดับภูมิภาค ส่งเสริมจริยธรรม เทคโนโลยีที่โปร่งใส และไม่ทิ้งใครไว้ข้างหลัง

☑️Thailand Declares Itself the “AI Ethics Hub of Asia-Pacific”
This forum is more than just about hosting—it marks Thailand’s bold move to lead the region. In partnership with UNESCO, the country is establishing the AI Governance Practice Center (AIGPC) in Bangkok to spearhead training, research, and standard-setting in ethical AI. If officially recognized, it will become the fourth Category 2 Centre under UNESCO’s global framework.
☑️$15.4 Billion Investment in AI Infrastructure
From 2025 to 2027, the Thai government is investing heavily in AI-supportive infrastructure Data Centers, Cloud systems, 5G networks, HPC and aims to develop at least 100,000 AI professionals per year, laying a strong foundation for a sustainable AI ecosystem nationwide.

Thailand believes that in today’s AI landscape, collaboration beats competition. Under a long-standing MOU, Indian AI experts are now working with Thai agencies to boost national capability.
☑️AI Standards Must Transcend Borders
AI knows no borders. That’s why Thailand and UNESCO are pushing for a regional approach to AI ethics—building global proposals informed by local and regional case studies to find common ground, not just differences.
☑️AI as a Shield Against Cyber Threats and Misinformation
Beyond boosting economies, AI is also Thailand’s digital defense. Today, AI tools in Thailand detect over 3,000 fake news stories daily. The country is also working with Interpol and ASEAN to combat cybercrime, shut down call center scams, and share cross-border intelligence.
