        เมื่อวันที่ ๒๘ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๙ พลเอก ชัยพฤกษ์ ด้วงประพัฒน์ เลขาธิการสภาความมั่นคงแห่งชาติ ได้ให้การต้อนรับและหารือข้อราชการร่วมกับคณะผู้แทนสหภาพยุโรปและสหราชอาณาจักร ได้แก่ ๑) นาย David O’Sullivan ผู้แทนพิเศษของสหภาพยุโรปด้านการคว่ำบาตร (EU Sanctions Envoy) ๒) นาง Freya Jackson ผู้อำนวยการด้านการคว่ำบาตร (UK Sanctions Director) จากกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ เครือจักรภพ และการพัฒนา (Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office: FCDO) สหราชอาณาจักร พร้อมคณะ ณ สำนักงานสภาความมั่นคงแห่งชาติ ทำเนียบรัฐบาล ในโอกาสเดินทางเยือนประเทศไทยอย่างเป็นทางการ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้มีโอกาสแลกเปลี่ยนหารือในประเด็นความมั่นคงที่สำคัญ โดยเฉพาะการแลกเปลี่ยนแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี ในการดำเนินนโยบายและมาตรการของไทยเกี่ยวกับสินค้ายุทธศาสตร์ ตลอดจนหารือแนวทางการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านความมั่นคงระหว่างไทย สหภาพยุโรป และสหราชอาณาจักรในห้วงต่อไป
        On 28 October 2026, H.E. Gen. Chaipruak Doungprapat, Secretary-General of the National Security Council of Thailand (NSC), welcomed the delegation from the European Union and the United Kingdom led by Mr. David O’Sullivan, EU Sanctions Envoy, and Ms. Freya Jackson, UK Sanctions Director from the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), on the occasion of their official visit to Thailand. Both sides exchanged views on key security issues of mutual interest, particularly sharing best practices regarding Thailand’s policies and measures on strategic goods. Both sides further explored opportunities to enhance security cooperation among Thailand, the European Union and the United Kingdom in the future.
