นายกฯ ชี้ 4 เงื่อนไขสำคัญของการใช้ AI อย่างรับผิดชอบ คือ มีกติกาที่ชัดเจน มีเครื่องมือที่แม่นยำในการตรวจสอบข้อมูล สร้างภูมิคุ้มกันด้วยความรู้เท่าทันดิจิทัล และต้องส่งต่อประโยชน์ให้ทุกคนอย่างแท้จริง
