นายประเสริฐ จันทรรวงทอง รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม แสดงวิสัยทัศน์อย่างชัดเจนถึงเป้าหมายของไทยในการผลักดัน AI ที่มีธรรมาภิบาล เพื่อก้าวสู่การเป็นผู้นำระดับภูมิภาคและสร้างความร่วมมือกับประชาคมโลก ผ่านบทบาทเจ้าภาพการประชุมใหญ่ระดับนานาชาติ The 3rd UNESCO Global Forum on the Ethics of AI 2025 ที่จะจัดขึ้นในกรุงเทพฯ ระหว่างวันที่ 24–27 มิถุนายนนี้
โอกาสครั้งนี้ ไม่ใช่แค่เกียรติยศของประเทศ แต่คือหมุดหมายสำคัญที่บอกโลกว่า ประเทศไทย “พร้อม” และ “กล้า” ที่จะร่วมออกแบบอนาคตของ AI ให้สอดคล้องกับคุณค่า ความเป็นธรรม และสิทธิมนุษยชน
รองนายกฯ ย้ำหนักแน่นว่า “ไทยไม่ได้พัฒนา AI เพื่อแข่งขันอย่างไร้จริยธรรม แต่เรากำลังสร้าง AI ที่เคารพศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ ยึดถือความโปร่งใส รับผิดชอบ และไม่ทิ้งใครไว้ข้างหลัง”
ประเทศไทยจึงตั้งใจใช้เวทีนี้ เพื่อ จุดประกายความร่วมมือระดับโลก เปลี่ยนจากการแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิด…สู่การจัดวางกลไกธรรมาภิบาลที่ “ขับเคลื่อนได้จริง” ในทุกระดับ ตั้งแต่ระดับนโยบาย ไปจนถึงการปฏิบัติในชีวิตจริง
และนี่คือก้าวที่สำคัญของประเทศไทย สู่การเป็น ‘Thought Leader’ ด้านจริยธรรม AI ที่ไม่ใช่ถ้อยคำสวยหรู แต่คือการลงมือทำ ผ่านความพร้อมด้าน AI ที่ไทยมี รวมถึงความพร้อมด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน และการเดินหน้าจัดตั้ง AI Governance Practice Center (AIGPC)
