ระหว่างวันที่ 25 -29 ส.ค. 2568 คณะผู้แทนไทย โดยนางสาวลือจิต ถิ่นพังงา ผู้อำนวยการกองความมั่นคงระหว่างประเทศ สมช. ได้กล่าวถ้อยแถลงในการประชุมรัฐภาคีสนธิสัญญาว่าด้วยการค้าอาวุธครั้งที่ 11 (ATT CSP11)
โดยในถ้อยแถลง ไทยได้ยืนยันการยึดมั่นในหลักการของสนธิสัญญาการค้าอาวุธ และความพร้อมที่จะทำงานร่วมกับทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อลดความทุกข์ทรมานของมนุษย์ โดยการต่อต้านการค้าอาวุธที่ผิดกฎหมายและการเบี่ยงเบนของอาวุธ
อนึ่ง เมื่อวันที่ 25 พ.ย. 2557ไทยได้ลงนามในสนธิสัญญาดังกล่าว ซึ่งมีฐานะเป็นรัฐผู้ลงนาม (Signatory State) ลำดับที่ 123
During 25 – 29 August 2025, Ms. Luejit Tinpanga, Director of International Security Division, Office of the National Security Council of Thailand, delivered an intervention on behalf of the Thai delegation during the General Debate of The Eleventh Conference of States Parties (CSP11) to the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT).
In her statement, Thailand reiterated its adherence to the principles of the ATT and Thailand’s readiness to work with all stakeholders to reduce human suffering by combatting illicit trade of arms and their diversion.
